SHIPPING & RETURNS
RED WAGON DISTRIBUTION ships all orders as quickly as possible, although there may be processing delays in shipping during sale events and peak shopping days. If you need to receive your package by a specific date, you can always contact us for help in choosing the right carrier or shipping method to receive it on time.
Excluding holidays, orders are usually shipped within 48 hours from the time an order is placed.
Please note that you may not receive all your items in the same package.
If your items ship separately, the shipping charges will not exceed the amount shown on your original order confirmation.
REGULAR: 4-7 business days — EXPRESS: 2-4 business days.
EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
To qualify for a refund, items must be received at our warehouse in Quebec City within 30 days of the original order shipment date (as printed on your packing slip).
Items Not Eligible for Refund or Exchange:
Items marked as final sale.
Free gifts or promotional items at retail value.
Items returned in damaged or worn condition.
Returns received after 30 days of the original order shipment date.
